Self Care Regimen

  • Upon waking up in the a.m. I make it a practice to give gratitude for overall protection of safety from the previous day to the current day
  • A book that I recommend for preparation of a new day is entitled Sarah Young’s Jesus Calling, Enjoying Peace in His Presence.
  • A variety of movement to the body like Gentle stretches are a part of my daily Self-Care regimen (eg. Resistance Bands, Weighted hula Hoop, Early morning neighborhood walks and Free Fit On App(customized exercise routines)
  • Create a spa like shower experience by sampling natural aromatic skincare products that elevates the senses.
  • Take daily food based supplements like ALIVE VITAMINS and botanical DNA drops for immunity,hormonal balance,energy, joint challenges, and focus.
  • On occasion, I practice a guided meditation recording entitled Secret Garden.
